I believe laughter is so important! That is why I have built my coaching around honesty and humor. Laughter is a strong medicine that draws people together in ways that can help trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body.

I am passionate about helping all people through life transitions! My name came from working with my 2 "sons" as they have grown from teens to young men. I love working with all ages but especially our young people - to help build their confidence and courage to live their Best Lives!
