Laughter is so important, especially now. Laughter has proven health benefits for the heart, mind and body.

I coach with validation and always try to incorporate a bit of laughter.

Things we can learn from a butterfly:

Change can be scary but is necessary for growth.
Trust the process.
Shed old habits, beliefs of ourselves in order to evolve.
Believe in YOU.
There is beauty in letting go of people, places and things that no longer support your best self.

I believe laughter is so important! That is why I have built my coaching around honesty and humor. Laughter is a strong medicine that draws people together in ways that can help trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body.

Try this Joyful Practice:

Make a gratitude list Start with just one thing a day. Write down something new every day. Begin looking for things to be grateful for, instead of hunting for things to feel bad about.

​The theme for March is a simple 3 letter word: JOY! This little word can have so many meanings. One of the things that bring me joy is when spring comes and I get to dig in the dirt to plant my garden. Let me know what brings you joy.

Quick Tip:

Interested in learning a quick tip to help reduce stress/anxiety?

Try the 4-7-8 breathing method. Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds.

​ This can be done at your desk, before bed, during a walk, in a waiting room, in the car...
