I graduated cum laude from West Chester University with a B.S. in Political Science, and worked in the health insurance industry for a short time before transitioning to a position as a senior account manager in the fulfillment industry where I worked for over 20 years. In 2016, I went through a life transition and discovered life coaching as a life path:
”My children had always been the main focus in my life. When my oldest son went away to college, I was not prepared for how much of a hole would be left in my world. Finally having to focus on my own life, I discovered just how unsatisfied I had been in my professional life and how much I didn’t really know myself and my own needs. Thankfully, I discovered life coaching and through it, found a surprising new self-awareness and a freeing of my long-forgotten inner child. How ironic that it took the absence of my actual child to bring me back to my inner child! I had less stress and more energy. Creativity poured from me. I had discovered my own inner super powers.”
Reaching beyond my own comfort zone, I left my corporate job to grow my life coaching practice. My own journey has given me the compassion and insight to support my clients on their unique paths. My training and accreditations include IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner.
I have an upbeat personality, a kind get to-the-point style of getting to the heart of client issues, and a way of getting people to look at their lives from a new perspective.
