​I’m Jenn, the founder of 2 Suns Life Coaching, and I’m passionate about helping women step into lives that feel aligned, empowered, and deeply authentic. My work blends life coaching and emotional clarity— because who you are on the inside and how you show up on the outside are beautifully connected.

For many women, life transitions can feel overwhelming.  Identity shifts, career changes, relationship changes, or simply feeling “stuck” can leave you unsure of your next step. I’ve been there too, and I know how powerful it is to have someone walk beside you with compassion, insight, and practical tools.

My Story

I graduated cum laude from West Chester University with a B.S. in Political Science and began my career in the health insurance industry before moving into a senior account manager role in the fulfillment field, where I spent more than 20 years.

In 2016, everything shifted.
My children had always been the center of my world, and when my oldest son left for college, I wasn’t prepared for the emptiness that followed. With the house suddenly quieter, I was finally faced with myself — my needs, my identity, and the truth that I had been deeply unfulfilled in my professional life.

That season cracked something open in me.
Through life coaching, I discovered a new level of self‑awareness and reconnected with a part of myself I had long forgotten — my inner child. The irony wasn’t lost on me: it took my actual child leaving home for me to rediscover the playful, creative, intuitive part of myself I had buried under years of responsibility.

As I grew, everything changed.
I felt lighter. More energized. More me. Creativity poured out of me. I uncovered strengths I didn’t know I had — my own inner superpowers.
Stepping far outside my comfort zone, I left my corporate career to build a life coaching practice rooted in compassion, clarity, and empowerment. My training through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) — including certifications as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner — gave me the tools to support women with depth, insight, and integrity.

Today, I bring an upbeat personality, a direct‑yet‑kind communication style, and a gift for helping clients see their lives from a new perspective. My own journey allows me to meet women exactly where they are, with empathy, honesty, and a belief in what’s possible for them.

The Healing Sanctuary, Exton

We provide holistic and clinically-based services in a tranquil nature-inspired setting in Exton, PA. We believe a peaceful setting is as important as the skill of our practitioners in the healing process.

Our services include: massage therapy, energy healing/Reiki, mindfulness & meditation instruction, sound healing, and life/Enneagram coaching.

The Healing Sanctuary is committed to partnering with medical and holistic providers to create a comprehensive approach to client wellness. Our in-house partners provide services in acupuncture, pelvic floor physical therapy/women’s health, and homeopathy.
